We do a few festivals each year and just created a new page for our customers to get some of our “regular” beers as well as “festival only” ones we are planning on serving up this year!
Thanks to everyone who came out for our Haze 2.0 Release on 3/25/17. It was a great event and thanks to Sticky Pig for their great food! Check out the Photo page to see pictures of the event. Big thanks to Frank Walsh for taking the pictures (color and b&w)!
Our new 5B brew-house is installed and we have a few batches with it under our belts and in our pint glasses. This now allows us to increase our production and allow us to be in more locations withing the Lehigh Valley. If you have a place you would like to see us in, please send us a note and let us know.
We turned off the ability to leave comments due to the amount of SPAM being left in comments vs real people.
Great news everyone. We just got word that our federal brewing application was approved! We are now a fully licensed brewery! Come celebrate with us at the Allentown Brew Works Craft Beer Festival on 12/5/15! We will be bringing at least 4 of our beers to try.
Our application is currently being reviewed!!! We received our first set of questions last week and promptly responded to them within two days. We hope to have our Federal approval by the end of November!!!

We submitted our federal brewing license application on 7/31/15. We just received notice that it has been assigned to a reviewer. Things should start to begin moving soon! We were told the average turnaround time for a brewery license is running at 128 days. With any luck, we will be licensed before the end of the year. Stay tuned!
Hello all. Just a quick note to let you all know that we have received our state brewing license. Before we can legally sell our tasty products, we MUST obtain a federal brewing license. At this point, it is taking approximately 128 days to process the application once submitted. We are on target to submit our completed application on 7/31/15.
The PLCB investigator assigned to us by Harrisburg came out and reviewed all of our paperwork and facilities. He left by saying he will recommend a state license for us!! Next step, Federal brewing application.
The PA application to the PLCB has been submitted on 6/5/15. Once received, we will be working with the state folks to review the application. This can take as long as 1-2 months.
